Mindfulness In Motion - A Union of Yoga Asana and Buddha-Dharma
Yoga from the inside out: change your world by changing your mind.
The world doesn’t happen to you—it is created from your inner experience. Join beloved Bud-
dhism Instructor Michael Gregory and yoga instructor Karen Anderson, dedicated student of Rich-
ard Freeman, on a journey to the heart of our experience.
This powerful all-levels workshop combines Anuyoga and Buddhist instruction from the Nyingma
School of Tibetan Buddhism through alternating sessions of yoga asana and Buddha-Dharma dis-
cussion. From active sessions earlier in the day to restorative postures toward the end, practitio-
ners will connect deeply with their bodies and minds and learn techniques to shift how they ex-
perience their world from one of struggle to one of peaceful ease.
